In order to execute a plan during final construction, detailed planning is required early, often at conceputal stages of a project visioning process.

Our leadership’s experience is that a client’s minimal spend at this early stage can uncover project challenges much earlier and permit time to properly address them.

Further, we insist in being part of a project as early as possible. We bring experience and understanding to a situation/challenge that is often beyond the narrow focus of project oriented staff.
