Who We Are

Not all engineering firms are created of the same stuff.

 The purpose behind EDC is to develop diversity in the STEM fields.   In addition to being a diversity owned firm,  our corporate mission is to grow Minority Education and therefore Minorites in the STEM field.  

This is done via two corporate functions. 

• First, mentorship and outreach to diverse communities to highlight the potential and rewards from our field. 

• Second,  EDC is established as a public betterment company, within its charter.  This means that there is a targeted amount of the firms profits which are annually dedicated to Minority STEM Development.  The most visible of this endeavor is supporting diverse communities in graduating with STEM collegiate degrees. 

Note firm is 60% minority and female owned.

Firm is based in Cleveland, Ohio and is seeking Ohio EDGE certification.
